At CraftTop International Enterprise, we are dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience is smooth and delightful. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Carriers and Methods:  We work with trusted partners like Shiprocket or others to ensure your orders reach you safely and promptly. While we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, shipping times can vary depending on the specifics of your order. Typically, our shipping time ranges from 3 to 12 weeks.

Where We Ship:  CraftTop International Enterprise proudly ships worldwide! However, please note that our company is not responsible for any destination country taxes or duty charges that may arise from the time the goods leave our warehouse until they reach you. Customers are accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

Shipping Costs:  Good news—shipping is free for all orders! However, any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges collected at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Time: We understand the excitement of awaiting your order, so we strive to process in-stock items within 1-3 business days after receiving your order. While most orders are processed within 48 hours, the exact processing time can depend on the specific product and order details. You’ll receive an estimated shipping time when you place your order, which can vary based on your location. For precise details, please refer to the product description or reach out to us.

Delivery Time:  Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination. We provide an estimated delivery time when you place your order, typically between 2 and 10 days.

Tracking Your Order:  Once your product is on its way, we’ll send you the tracking number. Please note that maybe it can take 1-2 days for the tracking number to become active. We will also keep you updated via email, so you always know where your order is.

Shipping Restrictions: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, but please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination addresses. If you realize there’s an error, email us at customersupport@crafttop.in within 2 days of placing your order.

Handling Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments: If you receive a wrong or damaged product, or if there is a manufacturing defect in the product. In such a situation, we would be replacing the product absolutely free including the shipping cost, please contact us within 2 days or 48 hours of the delivery date with your name and order number. 

  1. Kindly sent to us in the same condition that it was delivered to you.
  2. items sent back to us must have the same dimensions as when they were originally shipped, for example, a carpet that was folded in a box must be shipped back folded in a box for the return shipping label to be accurate.
  3. Items returned must be in ‘as-new’ condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized items  
  • Products bought using gift cards 

Please note that the nature of rug and carpet manufacturing may result in slight size variations of up to 3-5%. Returns based on these size differences are classified as 'Revision of mind' returns and thus the Revision of mind terms & conditions apply.
