Returns and Exchanges:

Return Policy: We do not offer exchanges. Simply return your items in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns due to a change of mind.

• Return Authorization: Any return without a return authorization will be charged a 25% return service fee plus the cost of freight.
• Inspection and Reporting: Please unpack and inspect the product within 2 days or 48 hours of delivery. If you have received a damaged product with no visible damage to the packing, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage and report it to our customer support team immediately along with the evidence.
• Order Cancellation: Once a tracking number has been assigned and an email has been sent to you informing you of the same, you cannot cancel the order. You may cancel or make changes to an order up until the time your order has reached dispatch processing, usually within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Refunds: We process refunds within 1-3 business days of the cancellation of an order. It takes 5-7 business days for funds to be reflected in your account after that. All refunds are sent through the payment method you used on the order.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall CraftTop International Enterprise, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website. CraftTop International Enterprise, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website. 

Variation of Terms:

CraftTop International Enterprise is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
