Q1:  How will I choose my free carpet, and when will I receive it?
A: After successfully placing your qualifying order, we will send you an email within 24 hours with images of three free carpets. You can select your preferred carpet from these options, and we will ship it with your purchased items at no additional cost. 

Q2:   Can I change the size of my free carpet after receiving the email?
A: Yes, you can change the size of your free carpet within 5-10% of the original carpet size. However, shape changes are not allowed. If you request a shape change, the free carpet will be treated as a full customization order and will not qualify for this offer. 


Q3:  What happens if my original carpet or free carpet arrives with a manufacturing defect?
A:  If your original order or free carpet arrives with a defect, you can initiate a return according to our company's return policy. Both items must be returned if the original item is refunded.
